We strive to ensure that you love your Kruthivastra purchase. However, due to the nature of our products — which are often made-to-order or handwoven — we do not offer returns or refunds at this time.

Exceptions:

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or credit as needed.

Note: Color variations due to screen resolution or lighting are not considered valid for return.
