Return and Refund Policy
At Kruthivastra, we value your trust and want you to shop with confidence. Each saree and jewellery piece is carefully packed and checked before dispatch.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only in case of damage/defect/wrong product received.
- To be eligible, you must: share an unboxing video (without cuts/edits) from the moment you open the parcel.
- Raise the request within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us on WhatsApp/Email.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- No returns/exchanges on sale/clearance products.
- No returns on custom-stitched, boutique gowns, lehengas, or blouses.
- Jewellery once worn/used cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
3. Refund Process
- Once your return request is approved, you can:
- Get a replacement (same product or similar value item).
- Or a refund to your original payment mode (processing time 7–10 working days).
- Refunds will not include shipping charges.
4. Conditions for Return Approval
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
- Customer is responsible for sending the product back (unless it’s a mistake from our side).
5. Important Notes
- No COD orders are accepted to avoid misuse.
- Refunds are issued only if the unboxing video clearly shows the damage/defect.
- Kruthivastra reserves the right to decline return requests that don’t follow these guidelines.
