1. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 3-10 business days after payment confirmation.
• Custom-stitch or boutique orders may take 11–21 business days depending on the design.

2. Shipping Partners

• We ship through trusted courier services ( Delhivery) for safe and timely delivery.
• Tracking details will be shared with you once the order is dispatched.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹2500.
• Standard shipping charges (₹80–₹150) apply on orders below ₹2500, depending on location.

4. Delivery Time

•  Metro cities: 4–6 business days
• Other cities/towns: 6–9 business days
• Remote/rural areas: 7–12 business days

5. Important Notes

• Please provide the correct address & phone number to avoid delivery delays.
• Once dispatched, Kruthivastra is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, or unforeseen issues.
• If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or non-availability, re-shipping charges will apply.
