1. Orders & Payments

• All orders must be prepaid.
• We currently do not support Cash on Delivery (COD).
• Payment once confirmed cannot be cancelled.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days.
• Delivery timelines may vary based on your location.
• Customers will be provided tracking details once shipped.

3. Product Information

• Slight color variations may occur due to lighting and photography.
• All product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate to the best of our knowledge.

4. Returns & Refunds

• No returns or exchanges unless the product is defective/damaged on delivery.
• Refund will be issued only if an unboxing video is shared within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
• No claims will be accepted without a proper unboxing video.

5. Jewellery & Saree Care

• Handle with care; store sarees in dry places and Jewellery in air-tight boxes.
• Kruthivastra is not responsible for wear-and-tear due to improper handling.

6. Giveaways / Offers / Discounts

• Valid only for the announced period.
• Cannot be combined with other offers.
• Kruthivastra reserves the right to change or cancel offers anytime.

7. Customer Responsibility

• Provide correct shipping address and contact details.
• Ensure availability to collect the order on delivery.

8. Kruthivastra Rights

• We reserve the right to update/modify these terms at any time.
• Misuse of our brand name, images, or products will lead to strict legal action.
